These hugs were just what I needed when I needed it! So good how you can heat and chill and strap around to the problem areas! Worked for me on my bench and shoulder blade and I could strap around both at the same time.

I ordered this because I get really bad period pain, and as soon as it arrived my partner sprained his ankle and hi-jacked it for the freezer! I eventually got it back, and I LOVE being able to wear it. I was so impressed with the packaging, you can see it would make such a great gift.
