I recently learnt about The Hug products from someone on a fibromyalgia support group, so suggested it to one of my bestmates and her mum. They got The Hug Bundle, 1 each to use and I gave them a try as well. And I decided, yep I need these too! The Hug mini is such a great help for my carpel tunnel in my right wrist, and my right ankle now clicks almost due to many sprains over the years. Using The Hug Mini cold to help days where those areas are swollen has been such a game changer. It straps to my wrist or ankle so nicely and stays there really comfortably., and helps to bring that swelling down. The Hug Mini stays cold for quite a while so its been awesome to use as a cooling pack. And the new stripped cover is also really cute! I'm also loving The Hug Bundle myself, having 2 of the regular sized ones is perfect as I can use two hot at a time on different areas of the body, such as 1 on my lower back, and 1 on my shoulder, and I've enjoyed these being heated. It’s perfect!
I absolutely love my classic heat and cool pack; five stars from me! It’s been a lifesaver for my sore shoulders and works just as well when I’ve got an upset stomach. It’s super versatile with all the different ways you can use it. My favourite part is that it’s a New Zealand brand and I can TRUST that the packs are well made with safe ingredients. It will also be very helpful for an upcoming shoulder surgery to help with pain relief. Highly recommend!
