This is my second purchase. My daughter was so impressed with the one I gifted her that I decided to treat myself. Post hip replacement, I'm finding both the cold and the hot helpful. Great product and service.

I recently learnt about The Hug products from someone on a fibromyalgia support group, so suggested it to one of my bestmates and her mum. They got The Hug Bundle, 1 each to use and I gave them a try as well. And I decided, yep I need these too! The Hug mini is such a great help for my carpel tunnel in my right wrist, and my right ankle now clicks almost due to many sprains over the years. Using The Hug Mini cold to help days where those areas are swollen has been such a game changer. It straps to my wrist or ankle so nicely and stays there really comfortably., and helps to bring that swelling down. The Hug Mini stays cold for quite a while so its been awesome to use as a cooling pack. And the new stripped cover is also really cute! I'm also loving The Hug Bundle myself, having 2 of the regular sized ones is perfect as I can use two hot at a time on different areas of the body, such as 1 on my lower back, and 1 on my shoulder, and I've enjoyed these being heated. Just had major surgery on my wrist - it's been super helpful for my recovery having a cold hug on hand. Such a great design - being able to strap it in place. And the cover takes the edge off the chill - highly recommend.

I absolutely love my classic heat and cool pack; five stars from me! It’s been a lifesaver for my sore shoulders and works just as well when I’ve got an upset stomach. It’s super versatile with all the different ways you can use it. My favourite part is that it’s a New Zealand brand and I can TRUST that the packs are well made with safe ingredients. It will also be very helpful for an upcoming shoulder surgery to help with pain relief. Highly recommend!

The Hug Mini has been a game changer in our house. Miss 4 gets a lot of growing pains in her legs, we use to use creams and ointments but the cost adds up and it would take time to start to work.
The Mini Hug is a perfect size for wee legs, fast to heat up and gives her instant relief from the pain.
We are never without a Hug in our house, and now she has her own mini I can keep mine to myself!

I bought the Hug to use warm on my lower back when I'm at work and while home taking care of the kids, and it's been awesome. Has definitely made getting through the day with pain easier. Now my 11yr old uses it at night on her restless legs, my husband on an old knee injury... it's so useful, we will definitely be buying another one!

When I saw my friend Janine and her daughter Andee-Graces video on the hug I had to try it. I work on a farm and having the option to have a warm wrap around my lower back has decreased my pain levels immensely. Would definitely recommend the hug 🙂

The Hug is such a great product. I originally purchased for my partner who has a back injury and it has brought him so much relief.
